A Home Condition Report (HCR) is an option document that may be included within a Home Information Pack A HCR is a survey detailing the physical condition of the property, highlighting any problems, and can only be produced by a qualified Home Inspector who holds the appropriate qualifications.
The benefit is to make aware to any potential buyer any problems with the property, give sellers the opportunity to correct and repair any issues, and for lenders to user when valuing a property.
