It is possible for individuals to purchase each part of the pack themselves and compile their own DIY HIP thus saving the HIP provider fee and the Estate Agents re-selling commission. However in practise the cheapest method is to buy you HIP from a HIP Provider as HIP Providers are able to bulk be each item and pass on the savings.
