HIP Drainage and Water Search CON29DW

The Home Information Pack must include an Official Drainage and Water Search CON29DW. Only official Drainage and Water searches can be included as issued by the local Water Company e.g. Thames Water for London. Private Drainage and Water searches are not allowed in a HIP.

The Drainage and Water search includes information such as who the water supplier is, public sewer map, foul water drains, connection to mains water, surface water drainage, public sewers within boundary of property, map of waterworks, current basis for sewage and water charges, water meters, water bills, risk of flooding due to overloaded public sewers, water quality and more.
