Wanstead flats (playing fields) is a 2 minute walk and in the other direction is Wanstead Park (Epping Forest) is less than 1 minute. In one direction the 101 bus takes you to Wanstead tube (central line) in 5 to 10 minute depending on traffic. In the other direction it can take you to Manor Park (trains to Liverpool street) over ground in a couple of minutes or on further to east ham tube. Or you can walk through the park and be at Wanstead tube in 20 minutes. Two double bedrooms. It has a front room and dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom with a shower and separate WC. It has a small front garden with side access to a 80' garden with a summer house at the end. There is also a cellar for storage. I would prefer someone that is prepared to look after the garden.
