Bluebell Cottage
A lovely, fully-furnished, stone built, two double bedroom cottage with a private cottage garden, situated in old Grenoside village, Sheffield.

Brimming with character, the cottage is a unique property in an ideal location.

The property is available to let on a six month short-hold tenancy basis. Almost all previous tenants have asked to stay on afterwards.

The accommodation includes a contemporary lounge, separate dining room with a stone fireplace housing a wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, and microwave), bathroom with a gorgeous stained glass window, white suite and over bath shower with glass shower screen, and two light and airy double bedrooms with far reaching views. With tasteful interior design and furnishings, Bluebell Cottage is a very special place to be.

The property comes complete with all the furniture and utility items that you will need for your tenancy including a flat screen TV. Previous tenants have likened it to feeling like a holiday let.

Both bedrooms are also fully furnished and include double beds with good quality mattresses, bedside tables and wardrobes. Brand new duvets and bed-linen are provided for each tenancy.

The cottage has a private, fully fenced cottage garden and secure off-road parking, for two cars.

Grenoside is a lovely village which borders miles of open countryside and is also equidistant (just 4 miles) from Sheffield City Centre, the M1 motorway and Meadowhall.
There is a regular bus service into Sheffield from the village and access to the Supertram service is close by.

Private and peaceful with everything on your doorstep, this cottage is absolutely ideal for a professional single person or couple. Local amenities include village pubs, village shop, coffee shop, hairdresser, church, dentist, chemist and doctor's surgery.

Sorry - strictly no smokers, pets, children, or DHSS.
A deposit is required and an application fee is payable.

Please note that the property is fully furnished and therefore there is no capacity for tenants to bring any additional furniture with them.

The tenant is responsible for all running costs including council tax, TV license, water rates, gas, electricity, telephone, and personal contents insurance.

My partner and I spent a happy year and a half at this lovely place. The cottage is quaint and the location is wonderful. Grenoside is a friendly village; we particularly love the walks in the woods behind, which appear endless and like you're on holiday. The landlady here made settling in so easy by providing ample information about the surrounding area; she has been nothing but kind and willing to help with any problems. All furniture and items for daily life are provided, which makes it perfect for young people who have few household possessions. There is also off-street parking for 2 cars. If you're looking for a property with character on the edge of a vibrant city, this is the place.
I proposed to my partner in front of the wood-burning stove in the dining room here. You can't get a better recommendation than that!

We have very much enjoyed our stay in Bluebell cottage. The cottage is very cute and cosy and furnished to a good standard. The landlady provided us with everything we needed for day to day living and was very supportive if we needed anything extra or wanted information about the surrounding area. Grenoside village is a great place in which to be situated, it has a real village feel to it but is only a few miles from the City of Sheffield. With a village shop, beautiful woods and three pubs all within easy walking distance we were more than happy with our stay here. We would therefore recommend Bluebell cottage and it's location as a happy place to live.

We really enjoyed living in Bluebell Cottage. The house is situated in a lovely area with friendly neighbours and lots of places to to walk. The landlady was lovely to deal with. We will always look back on our time there with fond memories.

Bluebell Cottage is a lovely place to live and I have had a very enjoyable 2 year stay there. The cottage is clean, comfortable and comes equipped with everything you need. The neighbours are friendly and the landlady was very helpful and no request was too much for her. Grenoside is a pleasant village with beautiful surrounding countryside and woods. The cottage is in a great location and is a two minute walk from the nearest woods, ideal for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. I can not recommend it highly enough. Enjoy.
