We're looking for tenants for our lovely, light and spacious two-bedroom flat.

The flat is the first floor of a Victorian terrace in a nice street in Harrow.

We live in the downstairs flat, so we take great care of the building and our tenants.

The flat is fully furnished. It was refurbished three and a half years ago to include a new bathroom, new boiler, new carpets and loft insulation. The flat has been rewired throughout and completely redecorated.

There are two double bedrooms and a sitting room and the flat would suit a couple or two friends.

Because we live downstairs we do not want to rent the flat to more than two people. Nor do we want to rent to anyone who has children. This is very important.

The rooms are really flexible and we can arrange them to suit. We're happy to shift furniture around to make you comfortable. The photos show how the rooms can be arranged differently - there are three rooms which can all be used as either bedrooms or sitting/ dining rooms.

It has a good–sized first room with bay window and original Victorian fireplace – approx 12ft 6 by 14ft into bay (3.8m x 4.25m). Our current tenants use this as a bedroom - the photos show both that and how it looks as a sitting room (Room 1).

It is also a 15-minute walk to Harrow-on-the-Hill station for the Metropolitan Line and direct trains into Marylebone. The flat is just round the corner from a major bus route including the 140 to Heathrow.

The flat is situated in a nice, friendly street within an on-street residents’ parking zone (approx £60/year). There is a convenience store at the end of the road and it is a very short walk to a large supermarket. The road is a 10-minute walk from the town centre and a large range of shops, restaurants and cinema.

The property has a BT line and is also set up for Virgin Media TV, phone and broadband.

The rent does not include bills. This is a private rental so there are no agency fees, but there is a small charge for credit/ reference checks (approx £60 each) and we require one and a half month's rent as deposit.
