In your room you have a Double bed (with bedding supplied if required), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp, computer desk, TV stand, and leather 2 seater sofa. We can add other items of furniture if required.
There is a spacious double glazed window (with vertical blinds) that allows plenty of light in, giving this room a pleasant and light feel to it. The floor benefits from new a carpet and the decor is neutral.
The rest of the house.... You will share the rest of this property with 3 other people. It's a decent sized house and has a spacious feel to it.
The shared bathroom is on the first floor and benefits from a bath with electric shower over, a WC and wash basin. There's also plenty of storage for towels etc....
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in. There's an oven, gas hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, and waste bin.
There's also a Vacuum, and an Ironing Board and Iron in the property for all to share.
So what else is included??? All domestic bills are included. This includes Gas, Electric, TV License, Water Rates.
The BroadBand & Sky Tv in this property is also FREE.
A cleaner will attend the property on a regular basis to monitor and maintain standards in the communal areas such as kitchen and bathroom etc.. Our cleaner will not enter or clean your room. She is not there to wash up your dirty plates. She will monitor food left in the fridge/freezer and dispose of out of date items.
We have a 24/7 Tenant Support Line for Maintenance Issues so you know things that require attention will be dealt with promptly and efficiently in priority order.
Please NOTE: You MUST be a working person (or a mature student) to rent this property. We WILL NOT consider DSS/Housing Benefit Applicants for this property. (If you are on Housing Benefits please contact our office as we may have other bedsits available for you).

The amount of money you will need before you can move in is:
£112.50 non-refundable Application Fee, Then at Point of Moving In - £300 for your 4 weeks' rent.
Plus a deposit of £400. An alternative to the deposit is the non-refundable deposit wavering fee of £120.
