The town centre has 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Good bus links to the surrounding areas, as well as being five minutes drive to the M1. For people that work at Magna Park this is only a short drive away and to Crick warehousing and Railhead also.
A documentation/administration fee of £30/person (inclusive of V.A.T.) must be submitted. This covers the costs for; a full reference, employment and background check, credit check and administration (ie, drawing up of the tenancy agreement). This documentation/administration fee is non-refundable. Please note we do not charge a fee for a tenancy renewal or for the provision of a reference upon vacation.
A £150 non refundable deposit will also be taken at the time of checks being put into progress.
