"My wife and I wanted a home we could start a family in and Stansted Close was perfect. It had 4 double sized bedrooms which would allow us to grow and provide our children with a stable upbringing, without the need to move and disrupt their schooling, or needing to find the exorbitant costs to move home at a time when finances could be stretched. It also allowed us to use the fourth bedroom as a guest room for friends and family to stay.
We also believed a close would be a safer place for them to play with other children. It transpired that most of the residents in the 4 bedroom houses have lived there for most of their lives. These houses rarely come onto the market because it`s such a nice close to live in.
If we had to choose a place to bring up a family again, Billericay would be our first choice and Stansted Close would be the icing on the cake."
