The cottages are currently let through West Wales Country Cottages Agency and the business is turning over in the region of 15,000 per annum. The cottages are available for 32 weeks of the year primarily to tie in with the fishing seasons. No winter lets have ever been targeted. Weekly rental varies from between 275 and 400 plus, however at present the owners have not been involved in any active marketing in terms of improving occupancy rates. There is therefore considerable scope to improve the turnover of the business.
