Set in open countryside, its location is peaceful but not remote, being about one mile from the historic harbour town of Newport. Pengawse Isaf means 'first house at the top of the waterfall'. It's a 200 year old farmhouse whose views out to the waters of Newport Bay are framed by massive headlands. The house overlooks its own 4 acres of land sloping away towards the coast.

3 double bedrooms, two upstairs. Kitchen with space for informal meals.
