The current owners thoughts..

We chose the area of Willen Park as it was brand new and a small development, built by Barratts homes. Situated only a stones throw away from the Grand Union Canal, Willen Lake, sporting activities for the children and nice country walks, yet being in the heart of the city. Another main attraction about the small development was the caf� and bakery within a 2 minute walking distance, we often go for lunch and pick up fresh bread.

Having lived in the house since new and having a great rapport with our neighbours (which can be hard to find these days) it will be a shame to move. Unfortunately due to work we have to sell. We have improved the house compared to similar styles by installing a roller garage door (which helps when we need to park 4 cars on the drive), Artificial grass to the rear garden so the kids do not get covered in mud, and decking which can have a hot tub positioned under it as the concrete base has been laid ready.
