It also has an excellent layout compared to other 1 bed flats, with a spacious living room/kitchen area as opposed to separate rooms, which can often feel cramped. As this is where you will spend most of your time, it is a great use of the space. At 46 sqm, the living space is unusually large for a 1 bed apartment in Royal Quarter.
The apartment's biggest selling point is undoubtedly its location. You are literally a two minute walk from the tranquil Thames and the many bars and restaurants that line its banks.
