`We have owned and enjoyed this flat since 2003 and have tried to keep it in a nice condition. It has been used as a private residence and also as a fully-furnished rental flat. An excellent investment, it has always rented out very quickly for relatively short lets, however it is also a perfect starter/single owner home that may need only minor cosmetic changes.
It was bought due to its good size and storage possibilities and its convenient location, being in a quiet road yet within very close walking distance of the railway station and shops, local health centre and Civic offices, and it is also a few yards from bus stops that connect directly to Kingston, Woking, Weybridge, Staines and Heathrow airport. London is within easy reach via the single stop from Addlestone station to Weybridge main line station (London Waterloo or Victoria about 20/25 minutes). Trains every half hour. I am putting it on the market as I no longer live in the UK and the current tenant is about to leave.
