Open the wooden glazed doors. The porch has a wooden storage cupboard, terra cotta tiled floor and glazed inscribed panel over the main wooden door to the hall.
The hall gives access to the dining room, lounge, lower bathroom and wooden staircase (with storage below) to the upper floor.

This room has a real fire place (dated!) wooden cupboards and shelves, deep skirting boards, ornate coving, laminate flooring, a window to the south elevation has a magnificent view of the sea and St Michaels Mount.

This well proportioned dual aspect room has more maritime views this time over the harbour, there is a classic iron stove with hearth, supplemented by a radiator, a dado rail wooden cupboard, coving, skirting boards and a glazed wooden door to the kitchen.
