What is RSS?

RSS News Feeds enable you to receive the latest news directly to your computer without the need for email. Millions of sites all over the internet are now providing their content via RSS allowing you to receive the latest news, videos and music in one place without having to remember to visit a site. Blogging and Blogs also use the same technology.

How do I receive the news?

The first thing you will need is a feed reader. A feed reader simple checks your favourite sites for new articles and postings. When a new article appears it lists them in your feed reader ready for you to read.

Where can I get a feed reader?

There are basically 4 types of feed readers: PC Software, Plug ins for email software, Plug ins for Internet Browsers and web based. Search Google and 100s of feed readers are listed.
