1. 'Sole selling' - only agent has right to sell or let your house. Even if you find a buyer or tenant yourself, you'll still have to pay the agent.
2. 'Sole agency' - no other agent can sell or let your home, but your can! We are not agents and if find the buyer or tenant you do not pay them commission.
3. 'Multi agency' - you can choose several estate agents to sell your house but you will only have to pay commission to the one who sells it. You can still use us.
4. 'Ready, willing and able purchaser' - If the estate agent finds you a buyer or tenant and you later withdraw, you'll still have to pay them. But if you find the buyer or tenant first, there is nothing to pay.

As we are not an estate agent, unless you have a 'Sole Selling rights' contract which is very rare, then you can still use our services and not pay the agents commission.
