Having spent the past ten years cutting our teeth in Estate Agency as part of a successful franchise network, we took the decision to buy out of the franchise and develop our business by building on our experience and cultivating new ideas and methods in order to improve our service to our clients.

Since founding the business in 1991, we have established a significant portfolio of rental properties in the Reading area together building a sound reputation in house sales. In 1999 we launched our Spanish Property sales department, which continues to grow beyond our expectations.
