Parc Busnes Treorci was formerly the Burberry Clothing Factory. After an extensive Multi million pound refurbishment programme, the building has been reconfigured. The building now offers high quality industrial/warehouse units and office suites from 45 sq m (484 sq ft) up to 2,010 sq m (21,639 sq ft)

Parc Busnes Treorci is located on Ynyswen Road in Treorchy. The property is situated on the northern edge of Treorchy where it adjoins the village of Treherbert. Junction 34 of the M4 motorway is some 20 miles to the south via the a4061 and the A4119. The nearest large town is Pontypridd approximately 10 miles to the east via the A4052. To the eastern boundary of the site are a number of similarly sized industrial units.

There are two access points to this site; the northern access if via a roadbridge over the River Rhondda from Ynyswen Road. This bridge is unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles over 7.5 tons.

The southern access is to be used for access to the industrtial and warehouse accommodation with the northern access only for use by the office and call centre operators.
