There are two access points to this site; the northern access if via a roadbridge over the River Rhondda from Ynyswen Road. This bridge is unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles over 7.5 tons.

The southern access is to be used for access to the industrtial and warehouse accommodation with the northern access only for use by the office and call centre operators.
