From Bude follow the A3072 towards Holsworthy. Upon entering Holsworthy take the left turn, after passing the Esso garage, signposted for Hatherleigh, and turn left at the roundabout, travelling northwards on the A388 for a short period, until reaching the town cemetery on the right at Stanbury Cross. Turn right here and follow this lane, going straight over the crossroads at Blagdonmoor Cross and continuing until reaching Woodacott Cross. Pass through Woodacott and take the first turning on the right. Travel for about a mile along this lane and after a long straight section, there is a turning on the left, signed as a no-through road, opposite the post-box.
