- 5% between £301,000 and £500,000 for properties up to £500,000
- Properties above £500,000 single property rules apply
Scotland
- Additional Property
- 0% for properties up to £40,000
- Stamp duty levy of 3% on top of normal rates for properties above £40,000
- First Time Buyer
Wales
- Additional Property
- 0% for properties up to £40,000
- Stamp duty levy of 3% on top of normal rates for properties above £40,000
